Branch Manager

At Tubs & Tiles, we’re hiring a Branch Manager for our Wexford branch, leading a team and delivering an exceptional customer experience while achieving ambitious commercial goals.

Benefits: €45,000-€55,000 salary, annual performance bonus, commission, 21-25 days annual leave, no late nights, plus a range of company benefits including health supports, Bike to Work, free parking, and Heat Merchants Group leadership training.

Full-time | Permanent (39 hours, Mon–Sat – 5/6 days)

The Role

• Smash Targets: You own the P&L, drive profitability, and actively chase down and exceed your sales and margin goals.
• Build a High-Performing Team: You lead, motivate, and develop your people, creating a high-performance, customer-first culture from the ground up.
• Drive Loyalty: Your service is unforgettable. You deliver expert advice, build lasting trade and retail relationships, and centre the customer in everything you do.
• Run a Tight Operation: You take total charge of stock, merchandising, and compliance while keeping health and safety standards flawless
• Who you are:
• An Experienced Leader: You bring at least 3 years of supervisory or team lead experience, ready to inspire your team and take total ownership of the floor from day one.
• A Proven Closer: You have at least 3+ years of a solid sales track record. You don’t just hit targets; you know how to drive results.
• A Master Communicator: You are organized, articulate, and highly effective at connecting with people and keeping operations running like clockwork.
• Digitally Savvy & Mobile: You are comfortable with IT systems and hold a full driving licence.
• A Design Enthusiast (Bonus): You ideally bring experience from a retail showroom, or trade counter background, paired with a genuine eye or passion for interiors and design.
