Bars SUpervisor

We are delighted to be accepting applications for the role of: BARS SUPERVISOR.

The BARS SUPERVISOR will report to Duty Manager and General Manager.

The role will consist of responsibility for 3 on site Bars; Main Ground Floor Bar, Level 2 Piano Bar and Level 4 Sky Lounge, in terms of Organisation and Operations of the bars in Terms of Setup and Breakdown, Stocking Levels, Cleaning Schedules, Cash-Up.

The ideal candidate will have no less than 3 years experience in a senior bar / supervisor role

The hours will involve evenings and weekends and days worked will be any combination of 5 over 7 in a given week.
