We are looking for a passionate, confident and hard working Spa Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be focused on providing an excellent level guest service.
Previous spa experience is essential.
Main Responsibilities:
- Explain services, treatments and procedures.
- Mediate and resolve client issues.
- Work cooperatively with the entire spa team to ensure a consistent quality of experience for all clients.
- Making confirmation calls to guests.
- Booking appointments for Spa accurately through phone, in person, and via email.
- Managing voicemails/emails and returning messages promptly.
- Greeting clients with a friendly smile and demeanor.
- Oversee daily activities within the Spa.
The Candidate:
- Must be able to multitask in a busy environment.
- Self directed and detail oriented.
- Professional telephone and email etiquette.
- Previous spa experience.
- You must be available to work mid-week and weekends.
- Punctual, reliable and confident.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Enjoys working with people.
