Spa Cleaner

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious person for the role of Spa Cleaner at our multi award winning Oceo Spa

The Candidate:

• Previous experience working as a Spa Cleaner in a Hotel is desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided.
• Flexible to work both mid-week and weekend shifts.
• Friendly professional individual with excellent customer service and communication skills.
• A good level of spoken and written English is required.
• Be standards driven and detail oriented.

Main Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the routine servicing of guest areas to the required standard.
• Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness throughout the Spa.
• Ensure all maintenance requests are communicated clearly to the Facilities Team.
• Deal with all guest requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Ensure that all checklists are completed.
• Follow Resort procedure for the acceptance, security and return of guest lost property.
• Any other task not mentioned but within the scope of the job.
