Currently we are seeking to hire Sales Assistants to join our team.
As a Sales Assistant you will work at the till, maintain a clean store and well stocked shelves. And supporting the Store Manager in daily store operations.

To be considered for this role, here are the skills we’re looking for:

  • Conversational English Language level is essential
  • Proficiency in one of the Eastern European languages (e.g.: Romanian, Polish, Ukrainian, Russian, Lithuanian, Latvian, Croatian, etc.)
  • Sales experience is preferred
  • Full flexibility is required, including the availability to work on day shifts: 5 days a week from Monday to Sunday, which may include bank holidays

Main duties of a retail Sales Assistant typically include, but not limited:

  • Assisting customers with their inquiries, providing product information, and offering assistance with purchases.
  • Operating the cash register, processing transactions accurately, and handling payments.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the store, including stocking shelves and arranging displays.
  • Performing heavy lifting tasks, such as moving crates of stock or large items, to ensure adequate inventory levels and proper store organisation.
  • Adhering to store policies and procedures, including following safety protocols and maintaining a tidy and welcoming store environment.
