Role Summary

Tirlan is now seeking applications to fill Seasonal Operative vacancies at our production facility in Wexford. The Seasonal Operative role will be responsible for all aspects of plant performance, product quality, strong emphasis on plant hygiene and will perform general operational duties across the various production plants.

The successful candidate will be required to work day, evening or night shift work depending on operational requirements within the various plant areas.

We are seeking applications from highly driven and self motivated individuals who fulfil the following requirements:

Skills & Experience:

  • At least 2 years experience of working in a fast paced, highly automated food/diary manufacturing environment
  • Demonstrate ability to work on own initiative and to quickly adapt to new work skills
  • Diligent, enthusiastic and performance driven
  • Demonstrate proficiency in use of I.T
  • Good communication skills with the ability to work as part of a team.
