Bolands Mercedes-Benz is currently recruiting a Sales Executive to join our dynamic and customer-focused sales team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a strong desire to succeed. You will be motivated to maximise your earnings through uncapped commission and performance-based incentives while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Build rapport with customers and create a welcoming, relaxed environment.
- Listen carefully to customer needs and recommend the most suitable vehicle.
- Negotiate confidently and professionally to secure sales.
- Work closely with the Sales Manager and Business Manager to ensure all sales and vehicle handovers are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience, ensuring every customer feels valued and confident in recommending Bolands Mercedes-Benz to friends and family.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience (2–3 years preferred).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Professional appearance, friendly manner, and positive attitude.
- Strong customer service and negotiation abilities.
- Passion for sales and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Good general IT skills.
- Full, clean driving licence.
