Menapia Motors is looking to recruit a Renault Car Sales Executive to join our Sales team, who is bright, enthusiastic, and has a passion for cars and sales.

The Role:

  • Ensure that all enquiries are dealt with proficiently to maximise sales.
  • Maintaining and accurately recording all customer contact details using our in-house system.
  • Assist customers with finding a vehicle that best suits their needs.
  • Learn our successful sales process to achieve profitable results from available sales opportunities.
  • Assist with models’ presentation and accompany customers on test drives.
  • Selling Car Finance and value adding services such as gap insurance & paint protection.

Role Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience would be an advantage.
  • Full clean driving licence is essential.
  • Display a positive, outgoing personality and enjoy engaging with people.
  • Excel at understanding, anticipating, and meeting customer needs.
  • Possess excellent planning, organizational and co-ordination skills.
  • Work well as part of a team and be an effective communicator.
  •  Have strong IT and administrative skills.
  • Be flexible in their approach to work.
