Position: Beauty Therapist
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and passionate Beauty Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality treatments, deliver excellent customer service, and help create a welcoming and relaxing experience for every client.
Key Responsibilities
Perform facials and skin treatments.
Carry out body massages and body treatments.
Provide waxing services.
Perform manicures, pedicures, BIAB, gel, and Shellac nails.
Offer eyebrow and eyelash treatments, including tinting and brow lamination.
Conduct consultations and recommend suitable treatments and retail products.
Maintain accurate client records.
Ensure treatment rooms are clean, hygienic, and fully prepared.
Sterilise equipment and follow all health and safety procedures.
Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships.
Assist with reception duties and appointment bookings when required.
Requirements
Qualified Beauty Therapist (ITEC, CIDESCO, CIBTAC, VTCT, or equivalent).
Previous salon or spa experience is desirable.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexible to work weekends and evenings when required.
