Anthony Ryan Accountants Ltd are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic individual with an exceptional telephone manner to meet and greet our clients and to become part of their expanding team based in Enniscorthy, Co. Wexford.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:-

  • Carry out all reception duties working as part of a team maintaining excellent standards of front office reception
  • Managing the appointments calendar for a busy practice and handling incoming and outgoing phone calls
  • The position will also involve an accounts assistant role working as part of a team in the production of financial statements and books of entry

The position available is a full time role, Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm.

Minimum requirements:-

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Excel & Word
  • Excellent verbal & written communication capabilities
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure with deadlines within a team environment
  • Fluent in both written and spoken english
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
