Process Chemist

An exciting opportunity to join our Chemistry Consumables Process Chemist team, to optimise existing Products/Processes and drive process, cost & continuous improvement projects with the use of Lean/Six Sigma tools & methodology.Responsibilities

  • Liaise with R&D, Marketing and Production teams
  • Develop manufacturing/product testing processes which consistently deliver high quality products
  • Design and implement stability indicating experiments to ensure product stability
  • Support investigations related to customer feedback
  • Project Management of Continuous Improvement initiatives/Six Sigma activities
  • Conduct all project activities in accordance with appropriate standards (21CFR820, ISO9001, ISO13485, GMP)

QualificationsEducation and Experience

  • BSc. or higher in a relevant science discipline
  • Experience in the use of Waters acquisition software an advantage
  • Proven abilities in project management and problem solving
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good decision making abilities
  • Attention to detail
  • Troubleshooting production processes
  • Proven report writing skills
