Job Overview
We are seeking a Full-Time Retail Supervisor to join our busy pet store. The ideal candidate will have strong retail experience, a positive attitude, and a passion for animals.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support the retail team to ensure smooth daily operations
Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge
Assist with stock management, merchandising, and store presentation
Handle transactions and ensure accurate cash handling
Maintain a clean and safe environment for both customers and animals
Requirements
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Previous retail experience in a supervisory or similar role
Animal knowledge is essential
Strong leadership and teamwork skills
Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
