We are looking for an Administrator to join our growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate. You will receive in house training, working closely with the Procurement Manager.

Candidate Requirements

  • Relevant experience in an Admin role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • IT competent.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Confidential.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, with ability to work on own initiative in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

As part of the Procurement Team, you will be required to:

  • Process payments for livestock suppliers daily and liaise with farmers on their returns.
  • Prepare end of week and end of month accounts for the Finance Department.
  • Upload files and reports to outside organisations.
  • Complete the bank reconciliation weekly.
  • Any other ad-hoc queries or requests which arise.
