Menapia Motors is looking for an experienced Parts Department Supervisor to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Parts Advisor or Parts professional who is ready to take the next step in their career and play a key role in the day-to-day running of a busy Parts Department.
You will work closely with the Aftersales Manager, support the Parts Advisor and ensure the department operates efficiently while providing excellent service to both workshop and retail customers.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operation of the Parts Department
Order and manage parts stock
Ensure parts are available for the workshop and customers
Support and guide the Parts Advisor
Maintain accurate stock levels and records
Develop positive relationships with customers and suppliers
Provide excellent customer service
Ensure the Parts Department is organised and operating efficiently
Work closely with the Aftersales and Workshop teams
The Ideal Candidate
Previous experience within a motor industry Parts Department is essential.
We are looking for someone who has:
Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or in a Parts Department
Strong knowledge of automotive parts
Experience in a supervisory or senior Parts role is an advantage
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Strong customer service skills
Good attention to detail
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
A positive and professional approach
The ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively
This role would suit an experienced Parts Advisor looking to progress into a supervisory position, or an experienced Parts professional with previous supervisory experience.
