Parts Department Supervisor
Menapia Motors is looking for an experienced and motivated Parts Department Supervisor to join our team.
Brands: Renault & Dacia
Schedule: Monday to Friday
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the Parts Department, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining stock levels, and supporting the workshop and retail customers. You will also work closely with the Aftersales Manager and provide guidance and support to the Parts Advisor.

Responsibilities * Oversee the daily operation of the Parts Department.
Support and guide the Parts Advisor.
Order and manage parts stock.
Supply parts to the workshop and customers.
Deliver excellent customer service.
Keep the area organised and running efficiently.
The Ideal Candidate * Previous experience in a motor industry Parts Department.
Supervisory experience is an advantage.
Good organisational and communication skills.
Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
