As a Manufacturing Technology Apprentice you will need to be physically active and to be able to work with your hands. An awareness of health and safety and good housekeeping is essential as well as attention to detail.

We are looking for a/an Manufacturing Technology Apprenticeship  to join our FE_WIBU  team in Ireland .

Your main tasks and responsibilities:  

  • Provide a technical support function for manufacturing operations
  • Evaluation and resolution of process/equipment issues
  • Validation and qualification activities for process(s) / equipment on site
  • Be an active participant in a culture of Teamwork, Problem Solving and Continuous Improvement

To succeed in this role, you will need: 

  • The minimum educational requirment at Sulzer is a successful Leaving Certificate Examination

You will be assessed throughout your apprenticeship by a range of assessment instruments. These include theory, practical and skills demonstration assessments.

The overall duration of this apprenticeship is a minimum of 2 years provided all phases are successfully completed. On successful completion of the programme the learner is awarded a Higher Certificate Level 6 in Manufacturing Engineering.
