Commodity:
Grassland Agro have four industrial fertiliser plants in Limerick, Cork, Slane and Wexford. Distributing a complete range of NPK fertilisers and trace element fertilisers in Ireland. We supply mainline and customised blended products to suit specific requirements.

Speciality:
Grassland Agro has a team of 35 professionally trained agronomists covering the entire island of Ireland. The most comprehensive range of speciality fertilizer and soil conditioning products. In addition, Grassland Agro sells a full range of animal mineral blocks as well as biostimulants.

Dairy Hygiene:
Grassland Agro also has an expert team of dairy hygiene specialists covering all areas of the country. These specialists have many years combined experience dealing with on-farm issues such as somatic cell count (SCC), TBC, thermodurics, lameness, TCM’s and chlorates.

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated HR Administrator & Co Ordinator to join our HR team and support the growth of our talented workforce.

As an HR Administrator & Co Ordinator, reporting to the Group HR Manager you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the human resources functions within the organization. Your duties will include:
Recruitment Support & Tracking
– Recruitment Support through planning and co-ordinating the full recruitment process from managing job postings, candidate screening, scheduling interviewing, reference checks, and preparing job offers.
– Full responsibility for maintenance of a CV Database.
– Track recruitment processes through the HR system Cornerstone, ensuring accurate and timely updates on candidate status, interview schedules, and onboarding activities.
– Organising and attending Career days and ensuring equipment for same is available.

Onboarding new employees and support a full induction process for new employees including preparation and organization of the training plan.
Maintenance and tracking employee leave entitlements through HRM software system ( Softworks).
Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (both physical and digital), ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
Data Reporting including generation of reports on HR metrics such as headcount, turnover rates, absence trends, and more.
Dealing with employee queries in relation to HR related matters and provide guidance on company policies.
Support in Administration of Company Vehicle Fleet and associated tasks.
General Administrative Support: Assist with the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, and maintaining HR databases.

Qualifications Required:
-Previous Experience: 1-2 years of experience in HR administration or a related field.
-Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources OR Humans resource qualification is essential.
Skills:
-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software ( Softworks & Cornerstone).
-High attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
-Full drivers licence.

-Must have a personal car and be flexible to travel within Ireland on an adhoc basis to various company sites and other work related events. (Expenses provided)
