We are looking for a personable, friendly & enthusiastic Receptionist to join our busy front office team. Previous reception experience is a plus, however this role could also suit someone who is looking for a new challenge and is keen to learn new skills.

Job Description:

  • Greeting guests and completing procedures on check in & check out
  • Managing the reservations calendar and handling phone reservations, confirming previously-made reservations & answering any customer queries
  • Processing payments and balancing financial records
  • Handling guest enquiries & complaints in a professional manner
  • Delivering excellent customer service to all guests at all times
  • Ad-hoc administration tasks

Required:

  • Previous reception or administrative experience is beneficial
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft word, outlook & excel and experience with an office management system is an asset
  • Ability to work flexible hours – evenings & weekends
  • Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
  • Must have a “Can Do” attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €26,500.00-€32,000.00 per year

  • Rosslare, CO. Wexford: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

  • Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)

  • Ireland (required)
