Goods Inwards Supervisor

We are a Topline Hardware/Builders Providers, operating as a family business for the past 40 years. We are looking to add to our team of energetic, results driven, and self motivated staff with a proven record.

We are seeking a highly organised and professional Goods inwards Supervisor to join our team.

Role Requirements:

•1-2 years’ experience in a similar role preferable.

•Strong construction/building material/DIY knowledge (desirable).

•Should be computer literate with EPOS systems experience.

•Ability to multitask and delegate efficiently.

•Display a high attention to detail.

•Excellent people/ time management skills.

•Be self-motivated, hardworking and able to work independently.

Role Responsibilities:

•Daily recording of all goods received on internal EPOS system.

•To accurately document all goods inwards entries to ensure accurate stock levels.

•Communication of all goods received with the relevant departments.

•Overseeing all merchandising of goods received on the Sales Floor.

•Liaising with purchasing staff to ensure all goods inwards match purchases orders created.

√Liaising with accounts department to ensure all goods inwards match corresponding supplier invoices.

•Manage supplier returns in a timely and efficient manner.

•Establish and maintain good communication to ensure all branch staff adhere to goods inwards policies.

•To work closely with management to ensure the capabilities of the EPOS system are fully utilized.

•To ensure the goods inwards area is kept clean and tidy.

•The successful candidate may also be required to carry out additional duties if required.
