Evening Accommodation assistant responsible for Laundry & Turndown service

Monart Destination Spa is a unique adults only experience. This 5 star property delivers exceptional service in a truly relaxed setting. We have been recognised as one of the world’s leading destination spas. Our award winning hotel is looking to recruit a laundry/rooms assistant available to join our team part time hours available.

Laundry experience is preferable however full training will be provided.

Shifts vary i.e. 12-8.30pm, 1.30-10pm, 3-11pm, 5-11pm

Role

.To prioritise what’s required throughout the shift i.e. bedlinen, towels

· To keep the laundry clean and safe

· To use iron correctly and ensure items are ironed to the highest of standards

· To communicate or report any incidents or machine issues in a Passover to be decided

· To ensure the laundry is shut down and locked up in the correct manner

· To ensure a high standard of personal hygiene and grooming

· To ensure turndown service and guest requests are carried out promptly and to a five star standard. To ensure public areas and toilets are regularly cleaned & maintained.

The ideal candidates for this position would possess:

Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills

Standards driven and detail-orientated.

Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment.

Flexible with regards to working hours.
