How you’ll make an impact
- Build and manage client relationships, growing your portfolio and providing tailored insurance and risk management solutions.
- Negotiate with insurers to secure the best coverage and terms that meet client needs.
- Manage your workload to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
- Maintain up-to-date client information and sales plans.
- Develop a robust sales pipeline to meet sales targets.
- Proactively identify commercial opportunities and partnerships.
- Collaborate with other Gallagher teams, fostering strong working relationships.
- Handle renewals, including obtaining client information, preparing submissions, and issuing renewal terms and policy documents.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including maintaining CPD hours and adhering to relevant codes and legislation.
- Provide expert advice to clients on policy wordings, conditions, and exclusions.
About you
- Experience in an Account Executive role within a brokerage or insurance environment.
- Certified Insurance Practitioner (CIP) qualification, with progress towards an MDI qualification.
- Extensive knowledge of the commercial insurance market, products, and services.
- Strong understanding of client markets and an established insurance industry network.
