We run 2 CNC centres, Intermac 38 and Breton Winger, and Flow waterjet.
- Working on Intermac 38 Machine with ICAM package
- Computer savvy with basic understanding of computer programming and CAD/CAM
- Ability to read drawings
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively within a team.
- Positive with a proactive approach to work.
- Translate instructions into computer commands so the machines can perform the correct function
- Supervise the machines while they execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustments to produce a better result
- The CNC Operator is responsible for safely loading and unloading raw materials and setting up any equipment or accessories needed during production. They also calibrate all necessary items according to manufacturer guidelines to run smoothly. They also have the duty of keeping detailed records while working with other employees.
- A successful CNC Operator has an eye for detail and can efficiently perform calculations. However, they must also be able to think quickly on their feet while working in a fast-paced environment.
