The Brandon House Hotel is a 4-star family-run hotel in New Ross, Co. Wexford comprising 78 bedrooms, bar, ballroom, restaurant, meeting facilities, wellness spa and leisure centre all of which are situated on idyllic mature gardens with senses walk set on the edge of New Ross town. We are driven by a desire to create a wonderful customer service experience for all our guests driven by our team of dedicated employees. Therefore, we are looking to add another member to our team of 11 chefs within our kitchen.

Requirements for the role

  • Previous experience in a busy hotel kitchen.
  • Previous Mise en place experience
  • Experience in multiple sections of a kitchen is desirable
  • High attention to detail and excellent presentation skills
  • Communication and time management skills are essential
  • Excellent team player and has a strong emphasis on customer service
  • Be highly motivated in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in Health and Safety management of food, HACCP
  • Taking on being in charge and accountable for certain predefined responsibilities related to the role.
