The Talbot Suites at Stonebridge, part of the Talbot Collection, are currently recruiting for a Carpark/Maintenance Attendant to join our team. This is a full-time position. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operations of Apartment Complex, Retail Units and Car Park. The Carpark/Maintenance Attendant will report to the General Manager.

Main Duties:

  •  Responsible for all internal/external maintenance to include and manage the upkeep of car park, retail units and surrounding areas;
  • To manage maintenance schedules;
  • Recording daily maintenance activities when required;
  • Running an efficient repair reporting system;
  • To ensure a high standard of service and attention to detail within the Apartment Complex

 

The successful candidate will have:

  • Passion for customer service;
  • A positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Must be flexible and available to work weekends and evenings;
  • Ability to work well in a busy environment;
  • Fluent English essential
