This role is based in Wexford Town, but will require some occasional travel to the UK/EU.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified meetings for the sales team by researching, qualifying and establishing contacts at target accounts
- Follow up and qualify leads via telephone and email with a goal of scheduling meetings for the sales team
- Enthusiastically work on multi-channel outbound activities, representing Scurri in a highly professional manner.
- Build target account profiles by researching and adding target personas to Salesforce
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly target number of calls, social media touches, emails to deliver net new opportunities to the sales team.
- Log, track and maintain all activities in accordance with sales processes and methodology in Salesforce CRM, producing reports and presentations as required
- Be able to handle objections and educate prospects in a consultative manner
- Leverage prospecting tools to research companies and identify key decision makers at new accounts
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 1+ years experience in a sales, sales support role or business development roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Tenacity, attention to detail and most importantly, a hunger to win.
- Tangible evidence that you can meet (or exceed) targets.
- An ability to connect with target customers on your own, present to them and convert them into qualified opportunities.
- Experience of using a Salesforce, Linkedin or similar research tools (would be ideal)
- An ability to work as part of a team and support other members as required.
- Ability to travel freely and flexibly within EU and beyond
- Driving license required.
