Booking & Customer Services Clerk

About the role

You will be responsible for:

• Processing customer booking requests including making, cancelling & amending bookings. Answering customer queries by phone and email
• Monitoring and contacting Confirmed bookings to ensure they Check In on time for departures.
• Communicating with customers by phone & email to place bookings for cargo movements and passengers Driving sales for our customs.
• Uploading of dangerous goods information onto our systems

About you

• Accurate and able to work with a variety of systems.
• Customer focussed to deal with any general enquiries quickly and efficiently to continue to great service we already deliver.
• Previous experience of working in a customer facing/service role, with the ability to multitask, with different customers and different queries, working in the heart of logistics.
• Good level of IT skills
