Job Overview:

Belgravia Estate Agents are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Office Administrator to support the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth office management, professional communication, and effective social media engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Management & Administration

Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment
Manage office supplies and general organisation
Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
Keep accurate records and maintain essential documentation
Marketing & Social Media

Update and maintain the window display and online property adverts
Manage and update Belgravia Estate Agents’ social media pages
Create engaging content and advertisements for various social media platforms
Client Support

Assist with client inquiries, providing excellent customer service
Ensure client records and communications are up-to-date

Skills & Requirements:

Strong time management and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in using social media platforms for business promotion
Ability to multitask and work independently
Previous office administration experience is an advantage but not essential
