• About the Role
• Audi Wexford is looking for a friendly, organised and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our professional aftersales team.
• As a Service Advisor, you will be the main point of contact between our customers and workshop technicians, ensuring every customer receives an excellent service experience from booking to vehicle collection.
• Key Responsibilities
• Act as the first point of contact for customers by phone, email and face-to-face.
• Manage service bookings and prepare the necessary documentation.
• Welcome customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Manage vehicle handovers and collections.
• Discuss service and repair costs, timelines and requirements with customers.
• Monitor vehicle progress throughout the day and keep customers updated.
• Obtain customer approval for any additional work required.
• Liaise with workshop technicians, management, parts, warranty and other departments.
• Work as part of a team to ensure the smooth running of the service department.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workloads.
• Good attention to detail when handling customer information and documentation.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• An interest in the motor industry.
• Previous experience in a Service Advisor role or the motor industry would be an advantage.
