Key Responsibilities
Assist with the day-to-day operation of the Parts Department.
Receive, check, store, and organise incoming stock.
Pick and prepare parts for the workshop and retail customers.
Assist with parts enquiries and identify the correct parts for vehicles.
Maintain accurate stock records and assist with stock control.
Ensure parts are available to support the efficient running of the workshop.
Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-organised parts storage area.
Provide a professional and friendly service to customers and colleagues.
Follow company procedures and Audi brand standards.
The Ideal Candidate
Has a genuine interest in cars and the motor industry.
Is organised, reliable, and detail-oriented.
Has good communication and customer service skills.
Can work effectively as part of a team.
Is comfortable working in a busy, hands-on environment.
Has basic IT skills and the ability to learn parts systems.
Is proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to develop new skills.
Previous experience in a motor factors business, dealership, warehouse, or parts department would be an advantage. However, we welcome applications from candidates who are eager to learn and develop their skills.
