Accounts Receivable Assistant

We are currently recruiting for an experienced, full-time Accounts Receivable Assistant for a permanent contract to join our team in Drinagh, Co. Wexford.

This role will be part of an existing team of professionals who provide support to a growing business, with customer bases in Ireland, the UK and across Europe. The successful candidate must be a team player working in a busy office environment.


Reporting to the Credit Control Manager you will be responsible for the following duties;

  • Issuing of customer invoices
  • Operation of debtors’ collection procedures including aged debt portfolio
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Investigation of any queries from debtors
  • Processing of new credit applications
  • Month end reporting
  • Other relevant administration duties

The ideal candidate will have;

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
  • Strong numerical ability with proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to follow-up and prioritise

This is a full-time permanent role with office hours Monday to Friday

Salary dependent on experience
