We are currently recruiting for an experienced, full-time Accounts Receivable Assistant for a permanent contract to join our team in Drinagh, Co. Wexford.
This role will be part of an existing team of professionals who provide support to a growing business, with customer bases in Ireland, the UK and across Europe. The successful candidate must be a team player working in a busy office environment.
Reporting to the Credit Control Manager you will be responsible for the following duties;
- Issuing of customer invoices
- Operation of debtors’ collection procedures including aged debt portfolio
- Bank reconciliations
- Investigation of any queries from debtors
- Processing of new credit applications
- Month end reporting
- Other relevant administration duties
The ideal candidate will have;
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
- Strong numerical ability with proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to follow-up and prioritise
This is a full-time permanent role with office hours Monday to Friday
Salary dependent on experience
