Accounts Administrator

Main Responsibilities:

  • Accounts payable function for our UK company.
  • Scheduling bulk payment runs in line with company terms.
  • Raising purchase order numbers & posting the supplier invoices to the purchases ledger.
  • Allocate creditor charges accordingly to ensure the accuracy of the month end accounts.
  • Reconcile supplier accounts.
  • Bank reconciliation.
  • Maintain all vehicle records including service and maintenance schedule.
  • Manage the fuel system.
  • Attend weekly communication meetings.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
  • Strong numerical ability with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly analytical with high levels of attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Self-motivation and the capacity to work autonomously.

Terms:

Full Time, Permanent
