Production Operative

We are currently seeking Production Operatives to join our growing production teams within our Abattoir, Loading Bay, Coldstore & Boning Hall. Skilled or unskilled, this is an excellent opportunity to develop and learn new skills within a great working environment. You will receive in house training.

Candidate Requirements:

• A positive “can-do” attitude.
• Strong attention to detail
• Good Communication skills
• The drive, confidence and resilience to get things done.
• Problem solving skills & new ideas
• Experience in Forklift Driving would be beneficial but not a requirement

The Role:

As part of the production team you may be required to:

·           Work on own initiative and as part of a team.

·           Meet production targets.

·           Physical role with lifting and carrying techniques.

·           Pack orders within our packing hall

·           Using tools such as knives and saws

·           Overseeing automated processing equipment.

·           Working on an disassembly line

·           Other similar activities onsite.
