The Opportunity
Are you eager to kickstart or advance your career in vehicle body repair? We are seeking a motivated Panel Beater Apprentice to join our dedicated workshop team in Rosslare.
In this role, you will work alongside experienced technicians, learning high-quality vehicle repair techniques to restore vehicles to strict manufacturer standards. You’ll gain hands-on experience across cosmetic and heavy repairs, using specialist equipment, state-of-the-art repair technology, and modern welding systems.

What You’ll Do
- Perform vehicle strip and refit procedures.
- Carry out cosmetic repairs, including light filler work, bumper repairs, and panel preparation for paint/primer.
- Learn heavy panel repairs, panel replacements, and high-standard filler finishing.
- Operate specialist equipment for dent pulling, plastic repair/glue pulling, and chassis alignment jig work.
- Perform MIG/MAG steel welding and spot welding (training provided for specialized techniques like aluminum/brass welding).
What We’re Looking For
- Education & Interest: A strong passion for the automotive industry and a desire to learn modern body repair techniques.
- Skills: Basic foundational knowledge or experience in panel repairs, strip/refit, or welding is a distinct advantage.
- Mindset: High attention to detail, a determination to complete tasks to an excellent standard, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Tech-Savvy: Basic computer literacy and eagerness to adopt new repair technologies.
- Licence: A full, clean Class B Driving Licence is required.
