VWGI High Voltage Expert (HVE) & High Voltage Technician (HVT)

Every manufacturer is going electric. The technicians who get HV-certified now are the ones who’ll be running workshops in five years — and Volkswagen Group Ireland runs one of the most respected HV training paths in the trade.

We’re hiring at both levels: HVE for an experienced tech ready to become the site’s high-voltage authority, and HVT for a strong main-dealer tech looking to make the jump into EV and hybrid work.

What you’ll be working with

• A purpose-built, fully equipped modern workshop — proper HV bays, current diagnostic equipment, factory tooling
• Full VWGI training and certification, paid for and structured, with a clear route up the VWGI Career Path
• The full VW range across ID., PHEV and combustion

What we’re looking for

• Main dealer experience (essential)
• Confident with diagnostic systems and computer-based fault-finding
• Methodical, organised, and takes pride in a job done right
• Full driving licence (essential)
