Car Valetor

Wexford Car Centre is currently seeking a motivated Car Valetor to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about starting a career in the motor industry. Many of our team members began in valeting roles and have progressed into positions such as Technicians, Parts Advisors, and Sales Executives.

About the Role

You will play an important part in preparing vehicles to the highest standard for both sales and aftersales customers. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in attention to detail and enjoys working in a fast-moving environment.

Key Duties

• Prepare vehicles for handover to customers
• Carry out full exterior cleaning including washing, polishing, and waxing
• Clean wheels, tyres, and trims to a high standard
• Vacuum and detail vehicle interiors including seats, carpets, and dashboard
• Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively
• Carry out final inspections alongside sales/service staff before customer delivery
• Keep the work area clean, tidy, and well organised
• Ensure cleaning materials and supplies are stocked and maintained

What We’re Looking For

• Full clean driver’s licence (essential)
• Strong team player with a good work ethic
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work on own initiative when required
• Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
• A keen eye for detail and pride in your work
