Bolands Mercedes-Benz is currently recruiting a Sales Executive to join our dynamic and customer-focused sales team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a strong desire to succeed. You will be motivated to maximise your earnings through uncapped commission and performance-based incentives while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Build rapport with customers and create a welcoming, relaxed environment.
  • Listen carefully to customer needs and recommend the most suitable vehicle.
  • Negotiate confidently and professionally to secure sales.
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager and Business Manager to ensure all sales and vehicle handovers are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience, ensuring every customer feels valued and confident in recommending Bolands Mercedes-Benz to friends and family.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience (2–3 years preferred).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Professional appearance, friendly manner, and positive attitude.
  • Strong customer service and negotiation abilities.
  • Passion for sales and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Good general IT skills.
  • Full, clean driving licence.
