New Car Sales Executive

Audi Wexford is a dynamic and progressive dealership committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and representing one of the world’s leading automotive brands. We are currently seeking an ambitious and customer-focused New Car Sales Executive to join our sales team in Wexford.

As a New Car Sales Executive, you will help customers find the perfect Audi while providing a premium sales experience. You will build strong customer relationships, identify customer needs, and guide them through every stage of the purchasing journey.

What you will do:

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience at every stage of the sales process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Proactively generate and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Promote and sell new Audi vehicles, finance products, and related services.
• Develop a strong understanding of Audi products, upcoming models, and stock availability.
• Conduct vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives.
• Achieve individual and dealership sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records and comply with relevant financial services regulations.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and support dealership events and promotions.

What you will need:

• A degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
• Full clean driving licence.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A passion for sales, customer service, and the automotive industry.
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and eager to succeed.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
