Job Title:                 Pitstop Mechanic

Reports to:             Supervisor/Manager

Location: Wexford Town

Job Summary:  

The Pitstop Mechanic must have experience in car maintenance and tyre fitting.

Key Tasks Required:

·        Ability to identify faults and repair components & fit new and manufactured parts.

·        Good mechanical aptitude

·        Undertaking full inspection before hand-over to customer

·        Recording all relevant details, completing records etc.

·        Understanding of diagnostics and fault finding

·        Good communication skills

·        Ability to work well as part of a team

·        Maintaining a clean and neat workspace and adhering to all company policies, procedures and safety standards

·        Experience in Tyre fitting

Essential Requirements:

·        Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role

·        Driving Licence essential

·        Mechanics tool kit

·        Knowledge of iPads would be an advantage

·        Some experience in both Diagnostics and Fault Finding
