Bakery Assistant

Do you love the smell of freshly baked bread? Enjoy working with quality food in a fast-paced, friendly environment? We’re looking for an enthusiastic Bakery Assistant to become part of our vibrant in-store bakery team.

This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. You’ll play a key part in delivering delicious products, maintaining beautiful displays, and creating a welcoming experience for every customer who visits our store.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Be at the heart of our bakery, supporting the day-to-day running of a busy and energetic department
• Create eye-catching, well-stocked displays that showcase our fresh products at their best
• Deliver warm, friendly, and helpful customer service using our I-CARE service approach
• Share your product knowledge and enthusiasm to help customers discover and enjoy our range
• Contribute ideas and initiatives to drive sales and keep the department thriving
• Maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and food safety (HACCP compliance at all times)
• Work as part of a supportive team, identifying and resolving issues to keep everything running smoothly
• Take part in training and continuously build your skills and confidence
• Represent the brand with pride, maintaining a professional appearance and positive attitude

Pay: From €14.15 per hour
