The ideal candidate would have excellent People skills, be energetic, conscientious and be willing to work to maximise their earnings through commission and target based incentives.
Responsibilities:
- Dealing professionally & promptly with enquires
- Finding common ground with customers and putting them at ease
- Listening closely to qualify what vehicle suits their needs best
- Negotiating professionally and closing the sale
- Working with sales manager & business manager to process the sale & handover of vehicle correctly
- Ensure that we leave the customer happy with the service they have received so they feel valued and will be happy to recommend us to their friends and family
Requirements:
- A proven track record in sales (2-3 years experience)
- Excellent communication and people skills
- A professional appearance, friendly manner, and positive attitude.
- Strong customer service and negotiation skills.
- A passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
- Target Driven
- General IT Skills
- Full drivers licence
