Bolands Mercedes-Benz are recruiting a Sales Executive.

The ideal candidate would have excellent People skills, be energetic, conscientious and be willing to work to maximise their earnings through commission and target based incentives.

Responsibilities:

  • Dealing professionally & promptly with enquires
  • Finding common ground with customers and putting them at ease
  • Listening closely to qualify what vehicle suits their needs best
  • Negotiating professionally and closing the sale
  • Working with sales manager & business manager to process the sale & handover of vehicle correctly
  • Ensure that we leave the customer happy with the service they have received so they feel valued and will be happy to recommend us to their friends and family

Requirements:

  • A proven track record in sales (2-3 years experience)
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • A professional appearance, friendly manner, and positive attitude.
  • Strong customer service and negotiation skills.
  • A passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Target Driven
  • General IT Skills
  • Full drivers licence
