# Assembly Operative

We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Assembly Operative to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a supportive, lean-driven organisation focused on producing high-quality products with pride and attention to detail.

## The Role

The successful candidate will be involved in a variety of hands-on production and assembly tasks, including:

* General product assembly
* Electrical assembly and wiring
* Glazing and grinding
* Painting and finishing work
* Packaging and preparation for dispatch
* Quality checking completed products
* Supporting continuous improvement and lean manufacturing practices
* Assisting in other workshop and production duties as required
