We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accounts Assistant to manage and maintain the integrity of subledger accounts, ensuring accurate and timely reconciliation with the general ledger. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and experience working with ERP systems.
- Maintain & reconcile subledger accounts (e.g., Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Inventory, Bank reconciliation &payroll).
- Ensure timely and accurate posting of transactions and journals.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies or variances.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in system upgrades, testing, and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in ERP systems.
- Advanced Excel skills.
