We are a busy and growing transport company seeking a reliable and organised Transport Office Administrator to support our operations team, based in New Ross, County Wexford.This role is key to ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of fleet administration and transport coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage general fleet and operations administration
- Take and make calls to drivers, customers, and suppliers
- Gather and compile information for operational reports
- Monitor vehicle tracking systems and ensure timely updates
- Ensure temperature-controlled units are set and maintained correctly
- Monitor and respond to alarms and alerts promptly
- Support compliance with transport regulations and company procedures
Requirements:
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Good IT skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
