We are a busy and growing transport company seeking a reliable and organised Transport Office Administrator to support our operations team, based in New Ross, County Wexford.This role is key to ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of fleet administration and transport coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage general fleet and operations administration
  • Take and make calls to drivers, customers, and suppliers
  • Gather and compile information for operational reports
  • Monitor vehicle tracking systems and ensure timely updates
  • Ensure temperature-controlled units are set and maintained correctly
  • Monitor and respond to alarms and alerts promptly
  • Support compliance with transport regulations and company procedures

Requirements:

  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Good IT skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
