Accommodation Assistant

With the expectation of a busy season ahead, Seafield Hotel & Spa Resort has vacancies for a number of Accommodation Assistants.

In order to apply you must have:

• Previous Housekeeping experience (desirable but not essential)
• Ability to work under pressure within a busy and demanding luxury hotel environment
• Basic English skills
• A cheerful personality with effective customer care awareness
• Both mid-week, weekends and shift work including evenings is required based on business levels
• Availability for full time work

Duties will include:

• Cleaning & preparation of rooms for guest arrivals and stay-overs.
• Cleaning other areas as required by Accommodation Manager
• To report guest comments or complaints
• To carry out any other duties as required
• Excellent attention to detail and is able work both as part of a team and by themselves.
