What We’re Looking For

·        Part-Qualified or Qualified (ACCA, ACA, CIMA)

·        Strong background in financial management and reporting

·        Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence and support managers across the business

·        Excellent communication skills and commercial awareness

·        Proficiency in accounting systems and Excel

·        Ambition, growth mindset, and the drive to contribute to business performance

Key Responsibilities

·        Oversee and support the companies financial and accounting activities

·        Produce timely analysis and reports that guide strategic decision-making

·        Partner with managers to ensure efficient processes and compliance

·        Contribute to continuous improvement projects and operational effectiveness

·        Flexibility to take on ad-hoc duties as required
