Working alongside incredible customers, you’ll play a direct role in creating devices that save lives.
We’re looking for a R&D / Manufacturing Engineer who thrives on turning ideas into reality—someone who thinks with their brain AND builds with their hands.

What You’ll Do

Design, upgrade, and build new processes, machinery, and equipment for manufacturing and testing high-performance medical balloon components
Take projects from initial concept through to commissioned, working systems
Work in cleanroom/ISO-13485 manufacturing environments to ensure the highest quality standards
Build machinery and equipment using CAD (SolidWorks or Onshape), CAM, CNC machining, and 3D printing
Support our design-services offering by helping design and develop new medical devices for customers
Communicate with customers via video calls and email
Write short, concise engineering reports
Collaborate with the R&D team on innovative solutions

What You’ll Need

Undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering
3+ years of experience working in Engineering or Manufacturing or R&D
Demonstrated ability to make things with your own hands (motorbike, furniture, electronics, baked goods—we want to see what you’ve built)
High attention to detail with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement
Strong communication skills
Action-oriented mindset—you’re a doer who gets things done
Experience or interest in: CAD, CAM, CNC machining, and 3D printing, polymer processing, medical devices

Bonus Points For

Previous work in medical devices or regulated industries like aerospace or defence
Hands-on machining or fabrication experience
Experience implementing engineering into ISO-13485 certified manufacturing / quality management systems.
