We are recruiting for a vibrant Sales Executive to be a part of both our sales teams in Newross and Wexford, Co. Wexford. This dynamic role will split time between both stores depending on the needs established by both store managers.

The role comes with a salary OTE circa of €40K+

Job Overview:

The Furniture Sales Executive is responsible for delivering an exceptional in-store experience for every customer resulting in increased store sales and customer loyalty.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Achieve weekly sales targets and be knowledgeable on all store promotions and campaigns.
  • Learn and keep updated on all of the company’s products and service.
  • Contact potential and existing customers by phone or email and provide customers with sale quotes.
  • Maintain a good relationship with every customer by providing support, information and guidance.
  • Work as part of a team to ensure the store looks presentable at all times.
  • Be honest and demonstrate integrity in the sales process.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in retail sales in a commission-driven environment (preferred but not essential).
  • The ability and willingness to work a flexible retail schedule which includes weekdays, and weekends, and bank holidays is required.
  • Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong IT skills and a willingness to lean new sales software program’s.
  • The desire to succeed in a sales-driven environment is key.
