Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Part-Time Administrator & Customer Care Agent to support our growing team. This role will involve administrative duties, customer support, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping customers navigate their journey toward better sleep.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat, addressing inquiries related to CPAP therapy.
- Assist with order processing, tracking, and customer follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Handle administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and scheduling appointments.
- Support marketing and sales efforts by coordinating outreach initiatives and handling inquiries.
- Assist in managing inventory and liaising with suppliers when necessary.
- Work closely with the team to identify and implement process improvements.
Requirements
- Previous experience in administration, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.
- A proactive approach with a problem-solving mindset.
- Empathy and patience when assisting customers with their sleep-related concerns.
- Knowledge of sleep medicine or CPAP therapy is a plus but not required.
