Groundworker & Concrete Operative

MRC Concrete Specialists are seeking a skilled and hardworking Concrete Operative to join our growing team in Wexford. We specialise in high-quality concrete work, including formwork and groundworks, delivering top-tier craftsmanship.

Responsibilities:
-Prepare, pour, and finish concrete for various projects
-Assist in setting up formwork and reinforcement
-Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
-Ensure work meets high-quality standards and project timelines
-Follow all health and safety regulations on-site
-Work as part of a team to deliver quality results

Requirements:
-Previous experience in concrete work or construction preferred
-Ability to work with concrete mixers, screeds, and finishing tools
-Strong work ethic and attention to detail
-Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
-Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
-Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling certification (or willingness to obtain)
-Full driver’s license required
